Happy Birthday to me! Well, I am almost officially middle aged.....turning the big 34 this year. I had a wonderful birthday week! The morning of my birthday the girls yelled happy birthday to me and gave me their "surprise" birthday cards they had made for me. (they told me the night before that they had made them, much to Rizz's dismay). We had a great day. I treated myself to an awesome spinning class, lunch with my three girls, and then we went out to dinner at Olive Garden. If you didn't think the day could get better, it did...........Rizz got me a VITAMIX. It is soooo awesome. It was a wonderful day. The funny part was the girls wanted to know when I was having friends over to play birthday games and hand out prizes. I explained that mom was going OUT with friends and that we could play games as a family, but I didn't see my friends playing the limbo anytime soon. (you never know)
Speaking of friends, I have been blessed with awesome friends!!! We have a great time together and always love to celebrate!! My friends continued to spoil me and I finally got my outdoor fire pit! I also got a rockin' Hawaii sweatshirt (close consolation for not being able to go to Hawaii this year. ;) , a necklace, a beautiful handmade hat, and yummy (smelling) lotion. My friends are the best gifts to me and I am grateful for each of them for putting up with my and my ways. To my friends far away, I love you all dearly too! =)
